Each individual is uniquely equipped to deal with life's ups and downs and to build themselves as adults. Amongst life's challenges, we may be confronted with traumatic events, some old and some new, where the question arises of how to cope and how to reconnect with our daily lives.

It is a question of identifying, then spending the time to look at, explore and unravel the conflicts at work inside oneself, one's own contradictions, fears, demands, to give them meaning in order to do things in other ways, and to access a greater freedom of being and thinking.
I provide a supportive and helpful relationship in response to a particular problem, recurring difficulties or in a period of personal, marital or family crisis. It is to offer the possibility to go further in the understanding and the overcoming of what causes imbalance and psychological suffering.
